If 之後一定要用 past tense, 所以要用 interested 唔係 interest.

中文有點怪怪的

如果你真的是說:
"我同你相處時間實在太短,如果你有興趣想同我保持聯絡" (想拒絕對方的意思)
就係
"If you want to keep contact with me, I think we have not been together long enough for it"

如果是說
"我同你相處時間實在太短,如果你有興趣的話請同我保持聯絡" (想要請和接受對方)
就係
"We have met each other not that long, but if you are interested, please keep contact with me"

We can keep in touch, due it's not enought time to get along.
