晚飯後做gym會有效嗎?

我大約7:30pm dinner....
8:00pm左右食完....8:30pm左右去到fitness centre.....
等埋fd 9:00左右開始...
其實有冇用ga???食完飯先做...
因為我朝早同下午要溫書等等.....夜晚先有時間.....

If yr digest system is healthy, doing gym an hour after dinner is ok~
actually we should eat sthg before go to gym room, in order to gain sufficient energy during workout~
also if u feel well of yr stomach during and after workout, then just do it~

係咪想FIT d?
肥胖主因是長期攝取熱量超過身體所須或多於消耗的熱量,
