why are there no "termination clause" for landlord, but only for tenant, in the 2nd year of the Agreement?

I believe there should be one for the landlord. Otherwise, the landlord cannot terminate the contract with one month notice in the 2nd year.

the ''break clause '' of tenancy agreement is mean the first year is fix and second year is option
but normally only for the tenant
l suggested that , you can also to give clear indication of you have the right for the optional terms in the second year
