about apply school in San Francisco

I am a second form student in jamaica and I am going to take SSAT to a school in USA which to get into a high school.I want to know about good school in San Franciso so that I can get into a better school.Because there will be a SSAT in April and if i take that test I will get the result just in a week so when will be the shortest time to done everything and apply school there?please answer me if any one who know about this please;)
