HOW to download anime songs from internet

there are many web sits that can download anime songs, but i had no idea HOW to download.........because this is my FIRST time........so please tell me HOW... (all the steps)....

有software叫影音輸送帶, 裝後只要click link 它就自然download ,並顯示在your left上閣 ,當它show 100% , 就指著影音輸送帶right click , press 顯示影音輸送帶 ,會有一個視窗出 , song name 's side 有一個球體 , if green can open , if red cannot open , if grey cannot downloadyou can not find this software , you can 指著link right click , press另存目標也可 , but slower
