How many planets are in different galaxies?

Unknown.
Even with the strongest telescopes we have, we can not see every Galaxy in the universe.

We know of about 250 extra-solar planets currently; it follows to reason that there are billions of planets in other galaxies, and likely billions in our galaxy alone.

In the Pink Galaxy, there are five planets.
In the Red Galaxy, there are three planets.
In the Blue Galaxy, there are 12 planets.
In the Yellow Galaxy, there as eight planets.
And they're all made out of ticky-tacky, and they all look just the same.

First you must understand that most of the galaxies you see including the milky way where we are, are primarily made up of stars. The planets in galaxies can not be seen with our eyes except with a telescope.

In a single galaxy there are about a Billion-Trillion stars some with their planets so many that they look like a bright cloud making up the galaxy. (Our sun is a star)

And in the Universe there are about a hundred billion galaxies which are still made up of Billions-trillion stars.

Then when you get to the edge of the Universe there is a veil of radiation (A vast wall of firestorm) what lies beyond is unknown.

As of right this second we have proof of thousands of planets around millions of stars.

We can't actually "See" most of them with the equipment we have right now but scientists use the "Wobble" in the rotation of the sun caused by the gravitational pull of the planets to determine if a solar system has planets or not.

There might be even more planets and asteroids around the sun's we have looked at that are just too small to make noticeable differences in the rotation of their sun.

If you consider that there are trillions of galaxies out there and each galaxy has millions of sun's and each sun can have dozens of planets that means that the number of POSSIBLE planets out there is infinite!

It is this infinite possibility that has me convinced that we are not the only life out there in the great expanse of this dimension… Oh yeah… and don’t even get me started on the literally infinite dimensions that science has proven exist.

No one knows------- just too FAR away. Your question seems to indicate that you do not understand several general Astronomy terms.

We live in the Sol solar system -------- circling a star we call the Sun. The Sun is ONE STAR among several billion in the Milky Way Galaxy------- a spiral galaxy near the Virgo cluster of GALAXIES! The distances between these neighboring galaxies is VAST!

There are BILLIONS of these galaxy groups in the known UNIVERSE arrange in a "filament" structure.

We have only found a few in our Galaxy that are outside our solar system. Other galaxies are to far away to see planets.
It is believed that there are billions of planets.
