for that price .u better stay in portland street ibis hotel www.ibishotel.com .
it.s inside chinatown and city centre .u can reach man u with tram in 10 minutes. the one in trafford is very old and quiet area.about 15 minutes away from city.i suggest u to stay in city as man u area is not much goes on.not to metion at night also it,s very rough area.outside of manchester is a shopping centre contains over 100 shops.it,s
trafford centre can be reach by tram.(2 mins walk from ibis hotel).train journey to London
over 2 hours.ticket can be book advance from www virgintrain.com or www.nationalrail.co.uk it.s safe in manchster ,but like rest the world keep away from
quiet area at night.
