單數（一件、一個、一枝）英文字不用加 s
但眾數要加 s
但如果是 1.5 , 1.7 呢？ 要不要加 s ?

It really depends on the noun. If you are talking about money, e.g $1.5, in English, it should be one dollar and fifty cents, in this case, the word cents should be in plural form. I hope I can answer your question
