怠速摩打的用途

怠速摩打-是控制引擎怠速,可上升,下降rpm, 跟隨電腦控制.
是控制引擎進入風量.
idle air control motor =IAC motor
用電動motor 摩打轉動一口screw 螺栓, same like servo 伺服電動機 ( or camera auto focus,調節(鏡頭等)的焦距, 隨電腦控制 , 按 電腦控制 duty cycle 供電, pulse脈衝供電.screw up or down. 可上升,下降.look like 伸縮調節(鏡頭)
using digital control, screw down to lower computer known as 0, more air in , rpm high
using digital control, scew up to top computer known as 128, less air in, rpm drop down.
(2x2x2x2x2x2x2)=128
so computer send out signal to middle 64 example as normal idle =800 rpm
computer change setting from 64 to 32, the more air in, rpm rise up to 1000 rpm.
change from 32 to 63, rpm change from 1000 rpm to 780 rpm.
all computer fuel injection 燃油噴射 may have this device.
but latest engine,with 電子油門, no such device anymore,電子油門可以控制怠速

position 0 16 32 48 64 80 96 112 128rpm 2000 1000 800 400更正 change from 32 to 63, rpm change from 1000 rpm to 820-850 rpm.
