若我想同人講, 唔好意思, 英文點講?

e.g. 朋友請假來陪我入醫院,
謝謝他, 也感到"唔好意思".
陪你入醫院, 而非探病, 英文應是:
Appreciate your accompanying (to the hospital), and I really sorry for the trouble.
如在口語中, (to the hospital) 可以唔講, 因為己understood. 但如是寫Thank you 卡則需寫出.

"唔好意思" doesn't really have a real translation in english.
People usually say "thank you" sincerely to express "唔好意思"
You might say:
-Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it
-I'm sorry for troubling you
-Thank you very much to come and visit me.
- Thank you so much for your time

Thanks for your solicitude & sorry for made any inconvenient.

感謝您的關懷, 抱歉為使任何不便。

sorry for the trouble, thank you

sorry to bother you

sorry for taking up so much of your time

etc
