常有人說教改難以成功，因為社會一有事就將責任歸咎於教育，如早前有學童遇交通意外身亡，即有人說是因班數不足，有人打劫就會給人說道德教育不足。

Mrs Fanny Law:
It is always said that reformation of education system is hard to achieve since the public usually blame the education system when there are accidents. One example is that, recently, a school child was killed in a traffic accident, some people argued that it is due to the inadequate classes. Another example is that, when there are robberies the public will think that the schools are not providing enough moral education.
Her words seem harsh, it is the truth though.
