僱主扣人工

我朋友在一間辦婚禮統籌的花藝學校，以兼職形式教左兩堂插花，並簽了合約，寫住”you are obliged to complete all sessions". 但因患上抑鬱症，不能繼續教而請辭． 僱主以不能完成全個課程的教學為理由，扣起那兩堂插花班既人工（每堂$350, 一共$700.)，請問僱主是否違法？應向勞工處求助嗎？

That's a pity. i think you have no further objection if you have signed contract with them. if there have any other possible to claim, please also inform me
