有關L/C問題

我收到一份L/C, 其中有一段文字不是很明白,有無人可以解釋給我知是什麼意思啊?
photocopy or fax of letter issued by applicant and signed by the any one authorised signature(s), allowing shipment of goods, applicant's signature(s) and any seal or chop required by the issuing bank's mandate must be in conformity with the record held in the issuing bank's file
