配股即咩係意思,可以幫我分析以下股份呢?

Normally 供股 means the company needs cash, and that means, you, as one of the stockholders, has to pay more money into it. The amount depends on how much they want to 供股. In this case ...每2股供1股，按每股5.5仙.

For some BAD companies, 供股 means they want to draw money from investors for themselves, and that's why the stock value will drop a lot.

For some GOOD companies, 供股 means they want to draw money from investors and invest back into the companies for enlarging the business. In this case, the stock level will rise (of course, it also depends on the nature of the business being enlarged + whether the investors like it or not).

In current market atmosphere, 8063 still draw money from investors, certainly this is not welcomed by the investors + it said ... 惟公司尚未物色到任何特定目標投資 !!! So, why does 8063 供股集資 ?

批股 (Share Placement)

公司需要資金除可以銀行借貸外，向市場批股／配股亦是常用的集資方式，尤其股市暢旺時，股價容易借勢炒高，然後，即以高價批股。

批股後股價是否大升視乎集資的目的及股份配予誰．集資的用途會在公布一併刊登，若能講得出用作收購某些資產或公司之用，一般對股價較為正面刺激，若在公布中公司只模糊地指出用作一般營運資金用途或作還債之用，則要審慎．此外，配發的股份若集中在某一人或小部份人手上，貨源容易歸邊，股價易被炒上，這方面的資訊可以向證券經紀打聽或參考報章中一些專題報導莊家消息的專欄。
