Sorry that I couldn't really answer ur question very well, but I'll try

1. This statement is correct. Osama Bin Laden has been the leader of terrorist group (4got the name) for a long time. He ordered to attack the WTC and those famous landmarks of different places. He did these things because he hate USA and the countries he ordered to attack, that was because the things that happened to him long time ago. He also did these stuff to show the power of terrorists groups, he did not want USA to make them look like crap. Lastly, he did that to set his groups free of their countries' governments, he wanted to rule the world. For the terrorists, owning a place means they are free in that place.

I know this sounds... vague... but that's what I think.

2. I disagree the statement. The terrorists do not want fairness. They want to be on top of people. The leaders of our worlds cannot decrease the number of terrorist recruits, this will never happen. since terrorists are people that use violence to object, there must be objection to everything in this world. The only reason for terrorists' recruit numbers to decrease is that less objections to politics are made. Democracy is a topic that a number of terrorists disagree. The reason is that many of them are based on several religions, they have their own religion and wanted their own religion to rule. This means theocracy. Of course, not everyone wants theocracy, while someone will love it. Once again, not all terrorists would like fairness and justice, because of their greed.
