Probably the easiest way to do this is to select whatever you want to save as a .jpg. Then, hold down the Shift key and click the Edit menu. You will now have a menu item called Copy Picture. Click that and choose your desired options in the dialog box.Now, go to your image editor (MS Paint, Photoshop, whatever you've got) and paste the contents of the clipboard into a new document. Now save the file as a .jpg.

surely why not well first you have to convert your word or excel document to pdf (i use primo pdf for it) when you convert it to pdf open the pdf now in Adobe Acrobat Professional and go to file and save it as jpg. and you are done i have done this it surely works 100 %

use this trick, you dont need any other software. while you done with your typing in word, set it 50% view (or more)than press crtl+PrtSc (press it together). than open new document in word, than right click your mouse in new doc and choose "paste".
you can do the same in excel.....

Yes. Two ways.
When you save, go -> save as. Under the save as type, drop down and select *.jpg
If this option is not available in your version of Word or Excel, then there is a round about route and it will work 100% for sure.
First print it. Then, scan it and store it as *.jpg. It is obvious you need a scanner. They are quite inexpensive these days.
