in... some kind like inside a place...
for example:
in the center
in the mall
in the museum
in the library

so at....sort of like outside
at the bus stop
at the train station

but of course, there are a few exception..
it depends on the situation..
like at home,not in home~~

in係在裏面的,沒有那么清楚指明實質的地方
at係清楚指明在果個地方
