To ensure company have a well development, a clear work-orient should under consideration. However, Most of people have misunderstand about the title of their job position. We should bear in mind that the longer the title, the less important the job.
Everyone do not have a title to be a leader in everywhere including in office.

To run a company properly and have a prospective future forany organization, it is necessary to have a clear employee orientation. Unfortunately, most of our employees misunderstand their work designations with respect to their job titles. Bear in mind that the length of the job titles may not be the indication of the importance of the job itself.In a work environment, including office; leadership skills is what it counts, not the work title.
