how to test table salt?

For testing the salt content in photo chips (potato chips?), we may use two methods to determine the concentration of sodium and chloride, respectively:

Determination of chloride: titration. The samples were blended and homogenized with deionized water fully, centrifuge and filter the mixture, titrated the filtrate with silver nitrate solution using potassium chromate solution as the indicator.

Determination of sodium (method 1): atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP). The samples were blended and homogenized with ultrapure nitric acid fully, digest in microwave digestion system under high temperature and high pressure, then washed out with deionized water, dilute and filter, then inject to atomic absorption spectrometry, or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for analysis.

Determination of sodium (method 2): ion-selective electrode (ISE). Sample is stirred for 15 min with 100 mL distilled water. Filter the sample and made up the filtrate to 200 mL. Pipette 10 mL sample solution, 10 mL distilled water and 20 mL TISAB solution into the titration vessel for ISE determination.
