材料

牛腩 100克
油 2湯匙
義大利洋紫蘇 一片
水 1500毫升
調味料
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
製作步驟
1.洗淨蔬菜
2.洋蔥,薯仔和紅蘿蔔去皮,然後切塊
3.蕃茄去蒂,切八塊
4.沖洗及瀝乾牛腩,然後切塊
5.燒熱2湯匙油,將牛腩抄1分鐘,並分別加入所有蔬菜,以慢火爆至軟身
6.加入調味料和水,待煲滾後再以文火煮1時
7.與麵包趁熱進食

RUSSIAN BORSCH

Ingredients:

1/2 pc Onion 1/4 pc Gabbage
1 pc Carrot 1 pc Potato
1 pc Tomato 100 g Beef Brisket
1 pc Basel leave 1500ml Water
2 tbspn Cooking Oil

Seasonings:

1/2 tspn Salt little Pepper

Procedure:

- clean all vegetables except the tomato, peel them & cut into pieces
- cut tomato into 8 pieces
- rinse & pat dry beef brisket, cut into pieces
- brown beef brisket with cooking oil
- put in all vegetables, use low heat till they are soften
- add seasonings & water, use high heat to boil up the stews,
- then cook 1 more hour with low heat.
- serve hot with bread.
