上面個條友，有無讀過CE History or Chinese history ga???

The three reforms carried out by Qing Government were Self-Strengthening Movement，Hundred Days' Reform and Late Qing Reform。

富國強兵.........那句是Self-Strengthening Movement的目標，不是三個不同的？運動......

reasons accounted the failure of three reofrms:

1)The opposition of conservatives(eg. Cixi protested the Hundred days' Reform)
2)Lack of Fund(eg. Foreign Debts and Corruption)
3)Lack of Capable leaders(eg. Cixi was dead in first 20th century)
4)Lack of people's support(eg. Sun Yixian's revolution)
5)Too much focus on military and economy

reasons accounted the seccess of Meiji Modenization

1)The strong leadership of Meiji Government
2)Japanese people were willing to learn western ideas
3)The focus on strategic industries
4)copying the best western model to modernize herself
