豬骨黃豆覇皇花湯

材料:
豬骨一斤
黃豆半飯碗
覇皇花適量
蜜棗一顆
水適量
調味料適量

做法:
(1)首先,把水放進煲裏,煲至滾透。
(2)然後把豬骨、黃豆、蜜棗放進水中,用大火煲滾。
(3)煲滾後,改用文火煲2小時。
(4)再把覇皇花放進湯中煲半小時。
(5)最後加上適量的調味料,即成。

功效:
滋肺養喉
