In the last meeting with your CEO, I had mentioned to him that Tommy had left our company. And, Fanny and Wendy had also left our company for some time. Please contact our May ( Surname and position should be stated ) if needed.As for the proposed meeting with your CEO, please let me know the time, place and the subject matters for discussion.
