All document for negotiation of the L/C

根據UCP 600 第2條定義中關於議付的定義：
- Negotiation means the purchase by the nominated bank of drafts (drawn on a bank other than the nominated bank) and/or documents under a complying presentation, by advancing or agreeing to advance funds to the beneficiary on or before the banking day on which reimbursement is due to the nominated bank.
- 議付意指被指定銀行在其應獲得償付的銀行日或在此之前，通過向受益人預付或者同意向受益人預付款項的方式購買相符提示項下的匯票（匯票付款人為被指定銀行以外的銀行）及/或單據。

括弧中這句話直譯是：其匯票付款人(Drawee)為該指定銀行（即該議付行）以外的某個其他銀行，實際意思是：匯票付款人不能寫成該議付行，因為該議付行只有作為匯票收款人(Payee)才能依據票據法向作為出票人的受益人享有追索權。因而這裏的other than就是“非”、“不能”、“不是”的意思。

All documents: Documents required by L/C including Draft (if any).

Shipping documents: All documents (not only transport documents), except drafts, required by the credit. (ISBP Paragraph 21a)

Title of documents and combined documents
Documents may be titled as called for in the credit, bear a similar title, or be untitled.
For example, a credit requirement for a“Packing List”may also be satisfied by a
document containing packing details whether titled“Packing Note”,“Packing and Weight List”, etc., or an untitled document. The content of a document must appear to fulfil the function of the required document. (ISBP Paragraph 41)

The Drawee of Draft would be the Issuing Bank or Confirming Bank

即係有關所以要求的文件用於對現信用狀. 一般L/C內會例明你需要出示(present)咩文件, 令到張信用狀可以對現成金錢. 你要睇清楚的要求文件, 有冇可能提供到, 有時候0的奸商用一0的文件令你好難對現 或者 冇可能對現, 例如一定要有由佢地發出既 Inspection Certificate stamped with company chop and signature, 好多時走佐貨遲遲都冇呢張Certificate, 或者冇公司印又或者冇簽名.
你一定要make sure所有文件既 "名" 或 "title"係佢要求既名及title, 例如 Commercial Invoice 就唔可以只係 Invoice, 到時就會出現discrepancy而 要佢接受discrepancy 或改 (ammend) L/C字眼, 如佢唔改, 你就冇機會對現.
