If a sentence is ended by "… will be held at 4:00 p.m.", then it should be:

… will be held at 4:00 p.m..
OR
… will be held at 4:00 p.m.

One full stop is already understandable and enough, but two would be also acceptable.

You ' ve to use two full stops .
One for 4:00 p.m..
One for the end of the sentense .

Only one full stop is needed.
