L/C 問題

我開一張L/C 30 days from B/L date的L/C給supplier, L/C application 有discount fee 和acceptance fee for account of applicant or beneficiary要選擇, 請問這两個費用應該由誰付呢? thanks.

如果supplier 肯比錢, 就梗係最好, 即 " for account of beneficiary" 由受益人支付 discount fee 同 acceptance fee, 如果唔係, 就由買方負責

discount fee : 當 beneficiary 提早買單(佢想早d收到錢, 唔想等到第30天), 所以這個費用應該由beneficiary來負責.
acceptance fee : 當beneficiary要discount佢套文件(即提早買單), 如果你接納, 銀行都會收取手續費, 所以我本人就覺得都係由beneficiary來負責.

discount interest n discount fee are for account of beneficiary. usance draft acceptance fee or bill acceptance fee are for account of applicant and or terms and conditions are subject to written mutual agreement.
