Anemia and tuna fish

In the hematology, if the hemoglobin is 112 g/l, i.e. lower than the normal range (f:115-160), what is the suggestion for improve it ? I just know it means anemia. Should we eat more turn fish as it contain large amount of myoglobin ?

If the anemia is not related to internal bleeding, consumption of food rich in iron and vitamin C is essential to prevention of anemia.
