Because Hong Kong is the main stock and business trading center in Asia.
Therefore,there are many people travel to Hong Kong for working. Moreover,there are several names to represent Hong Kong such as shopping paradise, food paradise or pearl of east. (you need to write more to describe about HK for your general background of the essay)
The government always promote that Hong Kong is a good place to shop. It is because there is no sales tax over here. ( you need to think more why Hk can be shopping paradise,the stuff is cheap?the convenient transportation? or the good location?many shops?explain~~)
As a citizen of Hong Kong,I can strongly to feel that there are so many different kinds of restaurants in Hong Kong such as Vietnamese food, Chinese food,japanese food, Korean food ,Italian food etc. Every names of countries that people can think about or even people don't know,most of their food are in Hong Kong. ( also need to explain why?and how to become a food paradise? like many choices? delicious? or other reason)
