如何在Excel表內篩選資料

要用 資料 >> 篩選 >> 進階篩選...

舉個最簡單例子, sheet1 是會員資料, row1 是 header, A1 是 name, B1 是 address
由 row2 開始是會員資料, 例如有 100 行吧

咁我地在 sheet2 做篩選的條件, 我地在 A1 打 address ( 要同 sheet1 的 header 一樣名).
在 A2 打 *觀塘* , 在 A3 打 *藍田* , 前後都要加 *

去返 sheet1
1. 按 資料 >> 篩選 >> 進階篩選...
2. 在資料範圍選 sheet1 的 A1 到 B101 ( header 加上 100 行資料 ) ( 或自行輸入 $A$1:$B$101 )
3. 在 準則範圍選 sheet2 的 A1 到 A3 ( 或自行輸入 Sheet2!$A$1:$A$3 )
4. 按 確定

Assume in Column A you have 觀塘, 藍田 and other disctrict data.

(1) Select All data or CTRL+A

(2) Use Auto Filter , Type ALT+D+F+F

(3) Click on the arrow in column A , choose Custom

show rows where

column A equal 觀塘

OR

column A equal 藍田



Then the data will filter out all column A equals 觀塘 or 藍田
