今次我用《小孩不笨》來作今次論文,故事講述三個就讀EM3課程的小孩子，如何應付學業及三個家庭所帶來的沖突。新加坡的小學生到了五年級，便要依學業表現，被分派就讀EM1、EM2或EM3三種不同課程，其中EM3內容最淺，亦被視為最沒前途。透過三位編派到EM3課程的小孩，讓大家看到所謂的「精英教育」遊戲規則和家長那種「望子成龍」的心態，如何扼殺了一群無助孩子的命運。

總結,小朋友的發展是要多方面的配合,我相信我地地這方面真的要加以學習及改善

The idea of my essay is coming a TV drama 《小孩不笨》. It is a
story about 3 children studying in EM3 course, on how they were
dealing with their study and what had happened to the children's
family within their academic life. In Singapore, primary 5 students
have already been streamed into 3 categories in studying ie, EM1,
EM2 and EM3. EM3 is considered to be the lowest grade amongst
the three so the students are deemed to be a failure in their future.
Through the events happening in the 3 main characters, the actual
fact of 「精英教育」can be revealled. Besides, we can have a
clearer picture on how the expectation of the parents so-called
「望子成龍」is ruining the growth of their kids.

In conclusion, it is essential that the development of children
should be appropriately compromised. I believe that we have
much more to learn and to explore in the future.
