if i want to call phone to china,it want to call86xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,why it said no this number?i sure the number is true!!!

If you use mobile to call direct IDD, you easily dial '+86' or '0086', it will pick up the most expensive IDD phone line. If you use home/office phone, you easily dial '001' + '86' or 'any IDD company' + '86'
any IDD company, you need to dial the number first
eg : 009 , 0060 , 0062 , 0030 , 1666 , 1718 , 1968 ......

start from 00186, area code(without a zero at front) and the phone number
