the question is '' the company's trade receivables represent 1.6 months sales on average'' so what does it mean ? what is 1.6 months? If i know the sales is 9,000,009, then how to calculate the trade receivable? thx for answering me~

This is about the accounting ratio, the 1.6 months means , 1.6 /12 ..... 中文: 銷貨平均的1.6個月每年

= 9,000,009 / 12 /mth
= 750,000.75/mth
AR = 1.6mths of sales
= 1.6 mths * 750,000.75/mth
= 1,200,001.2
= 9,000,009 / 12 /mth
= 750,000.75/mth
AR = 1.6mths of sales
= 1.6 mths * 750,000.75/mth
= 1,200,001.2
