This would require the advice of an Orthopedic Surgeon if you really want to know what's the matter.
The problem you have should be Scoliosis. Most of the cases of scoliosis are Idiopathic Adolescent Scoliosis. Majority of them do not progress, but may worsen during puberty.
If you really fall into the category of Idiopathic Adolescent Scoliosis, you do not have to worry much as the majority of them would cease to progress after puberty.
Otherwise if you have other conditions eg Neurofibromatosis, Marfan's syndrome leading to scoliosis that could be more severe.

In severe cases of scoliosis, patients may benefit from a brace or in more severe cases (Cobb angle >45 degrees) from surgery~
The school health clinic should be providing checkups to monitor your progress. If you are very very worried, go see an orthopedic surgeon(at least choose the right specialty ma~)
