義大利海鮮沙拉

材料:



章魚20g、干貝20g、蝦仁20g、淡菜20g、蒜頭片5g、辣椒絲5g、大黃瓜丁20g。



拌料:



芹菜末10g、巴西里碎1g、橄欖油20cc、檸檬汁10cc、黑橄欖5g、綠橄欖5g、小番茄15g。



做法:



1.海鮮燙熟後,與蒜頭、辣椒拌勻,用橄欖油全部覆蓋,置於冰箱中24小時以上才可使用。



2.將海鮮由油中撈出,拌入芹菜末、巴西里碎、黑橄欖、綠橄欖、番茄及檸檬汁等。



3.調味後即可搭配大黃瓜丁食用

Italian Seafood Salad
Ingredients:
Squid 20g, dried scaloop 20g, dried mussels 20g, garlic pieces 5g, chilii 5g, big yellow cucumber 20g.
Mixing :
Celery 10g, Brazils 1g, Olive oil 20cc, Lemon juice 10cc, Black Olive 5g, Green Olive 5g, small tomatoes 15g.
Method:
1.After boiled the seafood, mix with garlic and chilli. Add olive oil and cover all stuffs. Place into the fridge for 24 hrs and ready for use.
2. Pick up all the seafood from the oil, mix with celery, brazils, black olive, green olive, tomatoes and lemon juice.
4. After adding seasonings, add with big yellow cucumber and ready to eat
