Does anyone experienced of "Clearance delay"

Now my situation is i got 2 products just sent to UK.
and i posted by DHL and when i check the tracking number on
DHL site. the result is Clearance delay" Does anyone can give me
a big help with it ? i don know whats going on i been waiting for
5 days already,. and my clients still havent receive anything.
what should i can or what can i do now? is that my clients they
need to pay for the duty of the products? but i got the inovice already.

The best way is to give DHL a call ans ASK them directly to get it in the way to your customers. They are the best contact who know extactly what went wrong.
Clearance delay may imply delay due to "Customs Clearance".
Not sure what product you are sending BUT some products may require import license or permit, or some products are restricted from import, or other reasons. You should have described it when posting to DHL.

Anyway, give DHL a call immediately. They must be able to pick up your call in 3 seconds :-)
