I need a good diet and exercise plan for teenagers. Or some program.?

I see people recommend buying vitamins and drinking tea and all this stuff. But my parents are rarely home so I have no one to take me to buy that stuff! My grandma usually cooks and she always makes fattening food. So I need an alternative. Heres my moms mentality. Exercise and you'll lose weight. But I know that exercising is only part of losing weight. Diet is more important! Well I need alternatives! Healthiest thing I could probably get my parents to buy is salad... Can't eat cereal for breakfast cause I'm lactose intolerant and I don't want gas while I'm in school!
I'm 14 5'11" 220 pounds. Please help! I'm even willing to pick fat camp for an option. I've got a big build. Worked out for about half a year when I was 13 years old, don't know if that'll help.

the good news is you dont need pills and teas and supplements to make a substantial difference.. just a little determination and willpower will get you on your way. you need to drop some weight, begin with cardio. find something that works for you. if you are unable to jog for extended periods, do a walk /jog for 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week.walk 30 seconds, then jog 30 seconds. this method is great because as you improve, you spend less time walking, more time jogging, you adjust it to your fitness level. just make sure you push yourself to work the best you can, no cheating yourself and being lazy. if you have access to a gym or weight equipment, you can weight train 3 days a week. your school shoul have one. basic exercises like benchpress, squats, barbell rows and pulldowns for back, bicep curls, shoulder press, and a tricep exercise.. 3 sets per exercise, 8-12 reps each, do it in a circuit training fashion as this is the most time efficient way of training for overall conditioning. it also has a cardio effect. if you need further explanation on this, feel free to email me. as far as diet, i think it is as important as exercise. you have some challenges to overcome. when i go to my mothers house for a dinner, she cooks stuff like chicken, potatoes, green beans, rice, etc. everything is cooked in butter. but after explaining to her my dietary needs, she can cook the same meal for everyone, but add butter after i seperate my portion from the main dishes, thus reducing fat and making a borderline meal in to a very healthy low fat meal. remove skin from chicken, exclude butter from food, if potatoes are a common side for dinner, request sweet potatoes. they cost the same, cook the same, and can be enjoyed plain without butter. there are other ways to improve diet.. if you drink soda, drink diet or eliminate it and drink water. again, if you give me more info on meals prepared for you , i can help try to figure out ways to make them more fitting for you. good luck, hope this helps.
