I already downald 1.13內核 ,but don't know how to use winRAR解壓~~

更新1:

I downald winRAR already, after I downald, I need to prees which key to tell my compter to use winRAR解壓???

after u install winrar,
right click the file choose "extract to ....."
then u can unzip the file and copy all the files to ur micro sd card.
r4 could be updated.
