我一日只係食1-2包餅/三文治/一碗米粉/1-2個水果,
但唔做任何運動...請問咁樣會唔會瘦呢??
1.維持一星期會瘦几多呢??
2.想問身形瘦咗,但磅數無減,咁即係有無瘦到呢??
唔想再要廣告,勁無聊....
