The purpose of our hosting this activity is because of the merging of the two railroad companies recently and we hope to celebrate and mark this merging occassion
by choosing to take place at Hong Kong Railroad Museum because it is related
to railroad development that has a long histroy. This Museum is typically one of
the most histroical ancient site. We hope the Hong Kong people can be more
knowledgeable and understanding about the Hong Kong Railroad Museum through
the participating of this celebration event. By the way, this activity will be held in spring time
that will let people to have an opportunity to bring friends and families together to enjoy the joyfulness as
a new year holiday activity.

THe activity we are organizing today is to celebrate the joint venture between 2 railroads. We have chosen the Hong Kong Railway Museum to hold this function because it played an important role in the development of the railroads. It is one of hong kong's most historic site because of its rich history.
We sincerely hope that this celebration will allow Hong Kong's citizens to understand more about the history of railroads. Nevertheless, we've decided to hold the celebration in spring not only becasue of its educational purpose but also because it's a great way to bring families and friends together to celebrate this joyous occasion.
