Magnetic Field

a) it should be an iron bar because only iron bar can conduct magnetic field, if it is a magnet, these 2 magnet bar will be attracted.
b)put some coils onto the object and connect the coil with a current, when the circuit is closed, the magnets will be repelled or attracted due to the polarities of the object after connected current on the coil
