=124x^3-52x^2+2x+4
(b)Simplify [(2x)^2*y]/4xy^2
=(4x^2*y)/4xy^2
=x
2(a)
The perimeter of a rectangle is 36cm
2*(2x+x)=36
6x=36
x=6
The length is 12 cm and the width is 6 cm
(b)
the area of rectangle.
=length *width
=12*6
=72cm^2
3(a)
price that peter paid for the watch.
=240(1+20%)
=240(1.2)
=$288
(b)
his profit percentage.
=(316.8-288)/288*100%
=10%
