請問其實白飯可以雪幾耐, 仲可以叮來食? 同埋有什麼餸可以放好耐都仲食得?

我一個人住, 想一次過煮好多日既飯同餸, 但又唔知可以放幾耐?
有冇人可以講下, 同埋有乜野餸係可以放好耐既?

✔ 最佳答案

1.沒有汁的白飯可留3-4天;
2.肉放在冰格內可以留2-3天,如排骨,雞翼,豬肉,鹹雞或炆餚類;
3.菜.瓜不宜隔夜.

Rice can be keep in the freezer for a long time, even a few weeks. Most cooked meat can be keep in the freezer too.

i think few days cuz i used to do that
and the 白飯 still go to eat
all you hav to do just pu it to the miccooway 4minutes.
