セリー (serii) if it's pronounced serry
ケリー (kerii) if it's pronounced kerry

I don't know which one it is. It has a double vowel because the stress falls in the end.

Because your name is a foreign name, you write it in katakana (the character set used for foreign words/names etc)

ceri simply becomes keri.

In katakana:

keri = ケリ

ケ = ke

リ = ri

Sound it out. Your name should only be 2 or 3 Katakana characters. (Sorry, I just don't know how to pronounce your name.)
