急問,,,,我pat pat生咗粒瘡好疼有紅有腫,不知道是什麼瘡.連坐都痛剛剛生在坐的位置,以前都有不過沒今次嚴重,以前不理他自然會好的....點算?

It may be hair follicle infection, cellulitis or skin abscess.
The first two need oral antibiotic while abscess needs both oral antibiotic and operation.
