9/2t +8 >= 15/2t9+16t>=15
t>=3/8 (大過或等於8分之3)
其實 b part 只不過是將 2x-1 取代 t
9/2(2x-1)+8 >= 15/2(2x-1)
2x-1 >= 3/8
2x >= 11/8
x >= 11/16

留意如果將 2x-1 取代 t, 兩條算式會完全相等, 所以可直接用 part a result
