take the district line and get off at Fulham Broadway. As there is only one exit out to the street level (which is a shopping mall) after you get out of the mall, turn left and walk straight ahead for about 2 mins and you will see the stadium on your left hand side, you can't miss it since it's such a big building!!

you are talking about westminster right?? as there is no webminster station!! if there is no delay, it usually take only about 20 mins from westminster to fulham broadway.

i don't quite understand what you mean by making reservation?? reservation for stadium tour or train ticket?? as for stadium, there is really no need to book in advance since it never full, even it's full, just beg the counter and tell them that you are from overseas and they usually will let you join the tour.(but if you really want to book in advance, use their website and book it) As for train ticket, there is no such thing as book in advance. so don't worry and have fun!!
