My company (ABC Company) has just received a water bill for this month, the due amount is $4,100. However, we had already paid $500 to the Water Department last month.
We would like to ask the Water Department the reason to cause this big water bill. Is it because of the water pipes blurst and without any maintaince for a long time? Pleasse follow up our case as soon as you can, and thank you very much for your kind attention.
