I think you want to play video files using DVD player+TV1. WINAVI to convert RMVB to AVI (DivX)
2. burn AVI files as Data DVD using Nero
3. Use BBK DVD Player (those supporting Mpeg4) will auto play the AVI files

using WinAVI Video Converter (www.winavi.com) to convert MVB to AVI then using Nero (www.nero.com) burn it the the CD it will become a VCD and the file is DAT file. I hope it is helpful to you, good luck.
