all 黑屎一問

Black Faeces, what we call Melena, means that the whole piece is black ie 成舊屎都係黑色, it is a symptom suggestive of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding. Commonly from the stomach eg Gastric (or Duodenal) Ulcer, Gastritis, Stomach Cancer.

黃色痴住d黑色細細粒既野 is not "all黑屎": that occurs also in normal people after eating certain foods. It is not as alarming as 成舊屎都係黑色

Other factors should also be taken into consideration including:
Duration of "all黑屎", Worsening lately?
Vomiting(with coffee ground vomitus)
Weight loss, Loss of appetite,
History of alcohol or Pain Killer use
