每當一D口試/Performance既時候
好多時個人都好緊張
個心跳得好快
搞到成日失準
有冇乜方法可以令自己放鬆下?

what you are trying to say is a phobia which is name Glossophobia. the fear of speaking in public. this is a very comment phobia, if you really want to do better in public speaking u will have to go to a actual public speaking training course to therefore become more active and skillful in p.s

或者係口試前一晚坐係床到咩都唔好諗 坐15分鐘

之前上左個講坐...
話要令到自己既情緒高漲
當然,深呼吸係最簡單,但係有時會愈吸愈緊張
所以,你要比一個訊息自己,就係,我要講得好
呢個最緊要,如果一驚,就好易失準
或者你可以諗,反正都要出去講
不如做好D,咁咪仲好

平常心對待(比較難)
深呼吸(成日用~比較有效)
心理上諗住已經豁出去(都ok)
